Signing up is super easy!
Download the ‘RocoMamas South Africa’ app (if you haven’t already) and follow the prompts to register for an account. It’s free to join and you will automatically be signed up to receive access to earn points every time you use your membership, R50 loyalty vouchers, limited promotions, and all of our latest news.
Members receive points for eating RocoMamas. Once you reach 5000 points, you automatically receive a R50 RocoMamas voucher. As simple as that.
We’re also building out our loyalty club to include surprise and delight rewards and limited access to cool partnership collaborations. So being part of the RocoMamas club will get you first in line to hear about exclusive news.
Unfortunately this is not currently possible. But it is something we’re working on. Stay tuned…
vouchers
At this time the voucher can only be redeemed at your nearest RocoMamas.
A RocoMamas R50 loyalty voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
When in a restaurant, simply give your membership ID to your waitron. They will redeem any available vouchers for you against your membership number.
Yes. You can redeem all available vouchers with a purchase provided the sum of the vouchers does not exceed the bill total.
Yes, you will still earn points, however, points will be calculated on the discounted value of the bill.
You will be automatically notified by an sms and/or email depending on your notification settings. Alternatively you can find your available vouchers under “Loyalty and Rewards” on your profile.

scanning the bill
If you haven’t given your membership number to the waitron, an easier way to earn points is to scan your bill once a payment has been made.
This is a new feature called Scan to Earn.
Open the ‘RocoMamas South Africa’ app, go to ‘Loyalty and Rewards’ and select ‘Scan Bill’.
Allow your phone to scan the QR code provided. Once your payment is complete, your points will be added to your profile.
This functionality is not currently supported, but is something the RocoMamas team is working hard at.
This functionality is not currently supported. Your waitron can redeem a voucher for you at the Point of Sale system. Please provide your waitron with your membership number.
redeemed and expired
Once signed into the ‘RocoMamas South Africa’ app, members automatically start earning points by making purchases (eating and enjoying). These points then accumulate to 5000 points and automatically convert into a R50 RocoMamas voucher that is valid for 3 years.
You will only receive points for purchases made after creating your RocoMamas Rewards profile. Make sure to register for a profile before placing an order so you can receive points.
Nope! That’s the best part about being a rewards member! You will always have an opportunity to earn more points by eating with us.
Your points will never expire.
It should update immediately, but can also take up to 72 hours for your points to reflect on your profile after a successful transaction.

You will have the option to receive notifications about News and Promotions as well as Loyalty Rewards and Points. These notification settings can be changed at any time in your Notifications Settings section of the ‘RocoMamas South Africa’ app.

You can change your personal details at any time under your profile details.
We take privacy and security very seriously. It’s important that your login is owned and managed by RocoMamas Advertising (pty) Ltd and abides by all the consumer and data protection laws in South Africa. For this we have opted for a Single Sign On experience that provides a safe experience for our customers.
Note that this cannot be undone and you would lose any points or vouchers loaded to your profile. You can access this by logging into the app and viewing ‘My Profile’. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see the ‘Delete my Profile’ button.
free (g-shake)
YourFree G-Shake voucher will automatically be loaded to your RocoMamas profile when you download the App and Sign Up.
Your voucher will be valid for 3 months from date of issue.
Your voucher is redeemable on any RocoMamas bill with a value of R150 or more. Just give your membership ID to your waitron and they will check and redeem your available vouchers.

Currently we don’t support in-app ordering. But through ‘Find my RocoMamas’ you will be able to contact your nearest RocoMamas and order via phone for collection.
